The XL Sculpted Coffin and Stiletto runs larger than the regular shapes. The sculpted shape is perfected for curved nail beds. If you don't have a curved nail bed but would still like to rock this shape you can, just wear with nail tabs and glue together to fill in the gap.
Once you have sized your nails you can determine if you fit any of the preset sizes (XS, S, M, L). If you don't, select the CUSTOM option in the size section of the listing, At checkout just enter the sizes you need in the "Special Instructions For Seller" section.
